Do you want to have something delivered to you during your stay, or arrange delivery to a guest staying with us? Flowers, books, singing telegrams?
Our hotel does accept deliveries under special conditions:
We only accept deliveries on the day of your arrival or during your stay.
For safety reasons, the hotel will not accept any packages or letters (including concert tickets) before check-in or after check-out. Any packages or letters received outside of this timeframe will be returned. The hotel cannot be held responsible for tracking returned items, packages or letters. Once they leave our premises, they are back in the care of the delivery company. Tracking returned items can only be done by the guest.
Please make sure the name on the package matches the name on the booking.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods.
