Did your payment fail, or was it refused? Let’s solve that.
When payment fails or is refused online, your booking is still confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email as usual. You now have the option to pay at check-in, or to try again online with a different card. To return to your booking, go to my bookings and make a payment anytime.
If you receive an error message while making the payment, this could be for a variety of reasons not related to citizenM website. Check with your bank or credit card company, or contact us by clicking the chat icon at bottom right of the screen to find out more.
