change password

Do you need to change anything in your profile information? Name, address, credit card number? There are two ways to do it.

Go to www.citizenm.com/ and log in with your email and password. Then click on your name at the top of the screen, and choose the dashboard option. All the information is stored there in your profile.

Alternatively, you can contact us and request the changes, but please note: we can only change your phone number, name and email address you use to log in.

 To request the changes right away, click the chat icon at bottom right of the screen. Or if you’re not in a hurry, send us an email.
