When your online booking is complete, you will see a confirmation message on the screen. Within 10 minutes, you will also receive an e-confirmation to the email address you provided during booking. If you don’t see it soon, check the spam box (sometimes it likes to hide in there).
If you need a new confirmation, contact us to request it by clicking the chat icon at bottom right of the screen or send us an email if you’re not in a hurry.
You can also view your reservation via my bookings. Log-in or enter the guest name and confirmation number and you will be able to view your booking.
