Invoices can be requested after checkout. When checking out via the kiosk, the invoice will be sent to the guest email address given with the booking.
Your invoice can be retrieved easily online via 'my bookings' as well. Fill your confirmation number and last name and you are able to view or download your invoice.
If you have a login with citizenM, and you created your booking using your login, you simply need to login at the citizenM website. Once logged in, click on your name and you can select 'my bookings'.
Go to 'my bookings'.
Either login or fill your booking number and last name.
You can find the overview of your booking with 'print/save invoice' on the right, it will download your invoice in PDF format.
If you are logged in, you will find an overview of all bookings you created with your login, you can simply select the required booking to receive the overview and invoice option.
If there are any issues, just request the invoice via us!
Only before checkout, you are able to split your invoice. For example, to split the business stay from the private costs. Just approach one of our colleagues at check-in during your stay to get this arranged.
Pay for room
If you are in need of an invoice before the stay to take over the costs for your guest, please be aware you are only able to prepay the stay online via my booking.
We cannot send an invoice in advance and bank transfers or third party payment forms are not accepted.
A business address can easily be added during check-in or during the stay with the ambassadors present. If you have received your invoice without the necessary details on it, we are always able to add these for you, just let us know the details.
