payment failed

Did your payment fail, or was it refused? Let’s solve that.

When payment fails online, your booking is still confirmed. You should have received a booking confirmation already via email. You have the option to either pay at check-in or attempt again to pay online. If you go to My Booking, you are able to view your booking and prepay if needed at any time before check-in. 

When you have receive an error, probably the payment was denied for some reason. Checking with your bank or creditcard company probably will give you the reason, but you can always contact us to see what is happening.
