How do I book?

Who can stay at the hotel?

How old do I have to be to stay at citizenM?

The rules are different per area, so please check your destination below:

Europe - you must be 18 years old or older to book a room and stay at citizenM. All guests under 18 must stay with a legal adult - 18 years old or older. To visit our cloudM rooftop bars, you must be 18 years old or older.

USA - you must be 18 years old or older to book a room and stay at citizenM. All guests under 18 must stay with a legal adult - 18 years old or older. An ID will be required upon check-in for all guests. To visit our cloudM rooftop bars, you must be 21 years old or older.

Asia - you must be 18 years old or older to book a room and stay at citizenM. All guests under 18 must stay with a legal adult - 18 years old or older.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes you can! You can enter any guest name, and it doesn't have to match the name on the credit card either.

Please Note: That all guests are required to provide a valid credit card and photo ID, with matching names, at check-in for every reservation.

How many people can stay per room?

All our rooms are designed for a maximum occupancy of 2 adults.

Can I bring a child?

Our huge XL king-size beds are ideal for two adults, but a child under 10 years old will also fit comfortably (the child's breakfast is also free*). Please ask for an extra duvet of pillows at check-in if needed.

*Breakfast is included in the room booking

Can I add another person to the booking?

Yes, you can add another person to the booking, but please note all our rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. In every room, there is one XL king-size bed to share (no twin beds).
