We accept the following credit cards for payment online or at the hotel during check-in:
We also accept Maestro and Visa debit cards for payment during check-in. Debit cards cannot be used to guarantee a booking online.
We do not accept cash as payment for room.
You can pay for your room online at the time of making a reservation, or anytime between making a reservation and arriving at the hotel. The choice is yours.
Keep in mind, prepayment is only available 72 hours before arrival, after this time it is no longer possible to prepay.
To do this, you need a credit card (debit cards can only be used at check-in).
When your booking is confirmed on our website, you will see a ‘prepay’ option right away.
This is not mandatory, you can always pay at check-in as well. To proceed, click ‘prepay’ and follow the payment instructions.
To pay anytime before arrival at the hotel, check your reservation confirmation email. There will be a link to pre-pay for your reservation. Alternatively, prepay via citizenM’s my booking page anytime before check-in. To do this, you just need the guest’s last name and booking confirmation number.
There are 4 simple steps to prepay for the room:
Step1: Login via my booking by using the last name of the guest and confirmation number.
Step2: Click on the green ‘prepay’ button. You can find the amount to pay on the left side under 'Your total'.
Step3: the total booking amount is already pre-filled. If you’d like to add an allowance (for example, some spending money for food and drink), fill in any amount you wish. It will be added to the total payment amount. Click ‘continue’.
Step4: The final step! Fill your credit card details on this secure page, then click ‘pay’.
A payment confirmation will be sent to your email address when payment is confirmed.
