When you have booked a flexible rate on our website, you can modify your booking. Just email us to do so at supporttng@citizenM.com.
If you booked a non-refundable rate, you can only extend (add additional nights) to your booking. To extend or add an extra night to your booking, please email supporttng@citizenM.com.
When you have made the booking via a channel other than our website (for example, booking.com, Expedia, a travel agent), you will need to contact the booking channel to make changes to your reservation.
Please note, you cannot cancel a non-refundable booking or modify a non-refundable booking to another date free of charge.
Although the information on the confirmation might say the number of guests is 1, we gladly accept 2 people, so there is nothing to worry about. Prices are reflected per room so there is not a surcharge for the second person.
You can easily change the occupancy of the room at check-in. If needed, the breakfast option can be updated at check-in as well, so nobody misses out on the great citizenM breakfast.
change guest name
When a booking is created for multiple rooms, you can only add one guest name. All guests can check in by using the booking number or last name given.
If you would like to have the guests name(s) changed, you can send us the correct names by email to supporttng@citizenM.com.
