As a true Latina, I love Mexican food! But not the fast food kind; I like the real thing. Mexican food has a very similar effect on people like Italian food: almost everybody likes it, it’s enriched by a long time cultural heritage, and you can find it in almost every capital of the world…Glasgow is not an exception. Oh, and did I mention it is usually affordable?
citizenAngelica: if you’re feeling brave, I recommend the Stuffed Chimichangas, or Taquitos. I couldn’t try everything in one night, but when I go back, I will definitely try the Quesadillas.
When I was in Glasgow for a business / weekend away with my husband, we came across Topolobamba. It’s a very nice Mexican restaurant, not too big and super cozy. They have an amazing tequila selection and a mix of the Mexican classics with a street food twist, I was in heaven!
