“Fantastic stay!”

This hotel is stunning! From the beautifully decorated, curated lobby area to the rooms that have everything one needs in a compact, well-kitted out space! I was here on a solo business trip and had some spare time to view Amsterdam.

I usually headed out to see the city after hours, so when I came back to the bar later in the evening I was lucky enough to come across a fellow Capetonian, Clinton, and his British colleague Thomas on a few nights. These guys were awesome to chat with and gave me some excellent recommendations about the city and the Netherlands. The service from the staff in general at this hotel is five star and makes all the difference to your stay! I will definitely be back next time with me family.

“High tech, friendly and SMART”

Go there and you will get surprised - in the positive direction!
A great concept of a hotel different than any other.
Free bicycles, available and of good quality, are a BIG bonus.
The rooms could be bigger, but as for a single occupancy they are still OK.

“Hi-tech takes over. With a smile!”

After CitizenM in Glasgow a few years ago we decided to give the one in Amsterdam a go. The concept hasn't changed just professionalised. Easiest check-in ever due to the early check-in system. And from there on: easy peasy ...

If you're into tech you will feel like a little kid playing with the colors of the room, with the blinds, ... All feels great, even the location is better then expected, almost next door to the subway.
Most positive thing about the whole stay? Every single person working there was smiling and thus giving great vibes to the hotel!

“Not bad”

So far do good. However, please allow cleaner to clean rooms after 12pm as tenants were enjoying holiday to Amsterdam. Secondly, the room was a bit cold. I think your staffs are polite, even if I forgot to greet them they would say hi to me first.

“State of the art and quirky with outstanding breakfast and spacious 'living room' ambience.”

If you like a new concept, this is for you. Checking in via a computer terminal which you'll do completely autonomously when you return for a second time. Functional room with everything 4 steps removed with a tablet to control lights, curtains, TV.

Excellent double bed accessible only from one side. Circular loo and shower cabin integral in the room that can be closed by rolling the two semi circular doors back together. Perhaps a little too cosy and spartan with the two of you staying. On your own, just what you need. Don't count on doing long hours of work as the desk is tiny!
