“Great value for money”

Good bed, good shower, smooth check in and check out, and at a couple of minutes walking distance from the terminal. All you need for a one-night stay to catch an early flight, and at an acceptable rate.

“good stay, again”

stayed here again to catch an early morning flight. it is the perfect location, a short walk from the airport. we were greeted kindly but the girl at the check in. the room was comfortable. we were close to the elevator but heard nothing, no noise at all.
the bartenders could have been paying a little more attention to their guests.

but overall it was another good stay.

“Efficient and convenient, with super comfy beds”

Citizen M is my go-to hotel when I have an early morning flight from Amsterdam. The hotel has self check-in, making it easy, quick and very efficient. You can choose your own view from the room (airport or city) and the floor level based on availability.

The decor is chic and upscale.

The bar and lounge areas have comfortable seating, a perfect setting to unwind in the evening. They have concept gifts for sale, which are quite nice.

The rooms are 'smart', each equipped with an iPad, for temperature, window blinds, TV and lighting controls (also mood lighting, if you're interested). The shower and toilet areas are more like capsules (the shower turns on only when the door is shut completely). The shower is refreshing with good water pressure, with all the toiletries provided.

The beds are super comfortable and one can be assured of a good night's rest. A short 5-minute walk to the airport makes this hotel a very convenient airport hotel.

We stayed for one night, in order to take an early flight from Schiphol Airport. We intended to have dinner and spend the night in downtown Amsterdam, but decided to stay in the hotel once we saw the wide variety of living rooms on the ground floor.

We had a pleasant evening, changing living rooms from time to time, and a decent dinner.

“Perfect Stop Over”

Located about 200m away from Schipol Airport this facility offers the great overnight accommodation
Service. This is a self check-in hotel with clean modern rooms, central room controls for lighting, media, temperature.

Wifi is included in the price. The breakfast is optional and has to be selected in check-in. Good breakfast on offer. You can select airport view rooms to see the planes if you wish. You also select the floor you want to stay in, make your own room key and are good to go. The room key also acts acts as your luggage tag when you leave. Very nice and is highly recommended.

“Smart, low price, small and effective room close to airport”

Nice room, shower and toilet inn the room with closable glassdoor, ipad controlled light/temp/TV window curtains.
The hotel was difficult to find.
Google map was not good presenting the hotel without GPS.

We don't use mobile data when coming from countries with high mobile data roaming prices.

“Excellent stay - but make sure you know what you are booking!”

We booked to stay here for our honeymoon as we weren't sure where best to stay in the city and what noise levels would be like. The airport train station offers fast and easy access to the city center so this turned out to be an excellent choice.

The rooms are super quirky with a "pod" containing the shower and toilet and a huge bed spanning the width of the room. The TV was well-used during our stay, got to see loads of movies we had been meaning to watch.
It's worth noting that these rooms are for ONLY two people that are VERY comfortable staying together in close quarters. I've seen a few people complain on arrival that they weren't aware how intimate the rooms are, but this is very well-advertised and I'm not sure how anyone could misunderstand!
We did find the breakfasts a bit expensive for what they were, so didn't include it in our booking and went into the city every morning instead. There are also no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, but you can order it downstairs if you fancy a cuppa!
Staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable (couldn't hear the airport at all and the blackout blinds helped with lie-ins even though the sun was out).
We'd definitely book here for another stay!

“great deal great service”

first time at this hotel, a very modern approach to travel hotel. I liked the check in automatic process, worked very well and the room card being a luggage tag is awesome marketing. the room was modern, bed was large and comfortable.

the iPad in the room that managed the lighting and the room controls as well as room alarm was very well done and very simple. I will stay again.
