“An amazing place”

an artistic and friendly hotel for travellers. Reception is at the 7th floor, not at the ground floor as usual. our room and the corridor feature artistic. Only the breakfast is a bit expensive. We will come back later on.

“Fantastic Hotel for the price”

A complete Scandinavian experience... Epic views of Copenhagen downtown, great location right next to Tivoli Gardens. Scandinavian furniture. The hotel room is full of smart gadgets, and there is an included iPad in the room to help you control everything from your TV to your lights to your alarm.

You can Airplay your iOS devices to the TV. Bathroom has a freakin Rainshower!!!! Which hotel gives u that. The room is quite compact but it doesn't feel so. For the price, definitely recommended. The windows are double paned so u don't hear a thing outside..

“Nice hotel and great location”

This tech-filled hotel is situated just next to City Hall and Strøget. Check in was very fast and easy and we were given a choice of different types of rooms depending on if we preferred quiet or wanted a view over the busy HC Andersen Boulevard.

The “quiet rooms” facing the inner courtyard was indeed silent. The room was small and reminded somewhat of a boat cabin but had everything we needed. We found it really cool that you control everything in the room from an iPad - lights, blinds, tv, climate etc. Also a fun touch to try the “wildly” setting on the alarm and wake up to the sound of elephants and other animals. Breakfast was nice with a range of cold and hot food to choose from and we found a place to sit with a nice view over Rådhuspladsen (which is currently under construction though). Check out went smoothly as well and they have a luggage room which we utilized. Additionally we liked the fact that one can only access the hotel room floors with a key card, which felt secure.

“Very good accommodation at Copenhagen”

Clean and chic hotel at great location on real city center. Good and youthful employees. Restaurant and reception are beautiful top floor with a view across the rooftops. All interior design are attract interest.

“Great location and exceptional hotel experience”

We stayed two nights prior to our cruise. the staff at the hotel could not have been any more helpful or friendly. My adult sons loved the tech savvy amenities as did we. the bed was very comfortable, the room is small if you have lots of luggage as we did, but that would not deter us from staying there again The living room was really comfortable and fun to be in.

“Quirky Hotel”

citizenM is a really quirky hotel with lots of cool features. We selected a high level room with a view of City Hall Square which was lovely. The room was clean and fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean, although rather high and could be troublesome for someone elderly.

The ‘bathroom’ was a pod design, with the washbasin outside the pod. The room was fairly small, however, I didn’t find this a problem. The hotel felt safe and secure, the surrounding area also felt safe. The location was ideal for walking around the city, with lots of restaurants and bars close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English which was of great assistance for us non-Danish speaking tourists! A wonderful stay, would highly recommend this hotel. (Didn’t receive five star rating because of the height and inconvenience of the bed.)

“Clean, efficient and cool vibe”

I thought this hotel was really revolutionary and perfect for the solo traveller. It is almost hostel like in a four star setting. Automated everything, tech forward and clean and effciient. Rooms are very small but the mingling area is rather cool and great art and vibe.

We were a little cramped in the space as two travellers but that wouldn't keep me from staying there again in a pinch. Overall they have hit the mark with what they are trying to create, a cool Millenial hotel, efficient, clean and fun.

“Excellent hotel. Great location. Very friendly, helpful staff”

We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed the central location, great breakfast and the super friendly staff. Loved all the tech. Rooms are "capsule" so not spacious, but everything is in there that you need.

Beds very comfy. Enjoyed the free movies. Fab views from the bar. The hotel has a young, fresh and dynamic feel. Recommended.
