“What! No tea or coffee making facilities ????”

Stayed here with my wife overnight, must say rooms very comfortable, sadly we both awoke at 4 and couldn’t get back to sleep again( not hotels fault) beds very comfortable, bathroom facilities great , couldn’t fault the hotel one bit , EXCEPT very very surprised to find NO tea or coffee making facilities, that’s why I didn’t give it 5* rating, come on CitizenM even the cheapest bed and breakfasts offer you those facilities

“business trip”

Great - very clean room, high tech - reminded me of a bigger version of a Japanese pod. Friendly staff. only negative - coffee tea not in rooms - had to go downstairs, and pay for it from bar. Some cool little purchasable bits for the kids

“Lovely people, holiday in style!”

Great concept :) It was my first time as a citizen.

Felt welcome, enjoyed our stay (including drinks at the bar), slept well and were sad that we couldn‘t stay longer.

Thank you! We will come back and stay longer!

“My usual spot”

CitizenM has a special look and feel. It gives the guest a cosy and warm feeling. It offers to essentials in a fun and trendy environment. It makes you feel young again. Rooms are small but that’s not an issue.

I keep on going back!

“Musty air in room”

Slept in room 147, sorry to say it was musty. All the rooms, probably have this problem due to the no windows. Ambassador was kind enough to change the linen, which didnt help. Fortunately changed room the next day and i could finally sleep.

Flawless in service, & facility tho, ambassadors are A+++

“Regular visitor - Love it!”

Wonderful hotel in a very central area making it perfect for any business meetings in and around London.

The rooms are a great size for one person, the King size beds are very comfy!

Have stayed here a number of times, as it is a stone's throw away from Blackfriars, Southwark and London Bridge you can get around everywhere needed!

With more meetings in the capital will be making further visits to this great hotel!

“Tiny rooms, funky place and good price”

The rooms here are micro but really well thought through. The bed is huge but takes up half the room, move the pillows 45 degrees for more accessible couples sleeping. Comfy bed, I wasn’t a fan of the pillows, my head kept slipping off.

Quiet too. Check in and check out is super easy and tech enabled, the breakfast @ £15 per head is good value, and the room rate we got was £155. Bar downstairs on a Saturday night is fairly quiet, cocktails pre-mixed and not recommended, but well stocked bar otherwise.
