“Theatre trip”

Fantastic hotel and just 5 minute walk to the south bank, with the Tate modern the globe and Borough market all within 10 minute walk. The Room itself was clean and large bed was extremely comfy can’t wait to return in the new year

“South Bank Hotel”

Friendly, arty, contemporary hotel on great location for TateModern, Globe and South Bank arts. Great breakfast. Room very comfortable if a bit quirky. Not much floor space but well equipped! No coffee facilities in the room.

“Fun & comfy”

By far my favourite place to stay in London. Super fast and hassle-free check-in and check-out, cosy bar/restaurant/common area, very friendly and helpful staff, great wifi, high-tech equipped smart rooms that are very cosy although they are not large, very comfy beds, rain shower ...

and very entertaining, funny & creative messages for customers all around the hotel. I strongly recommend it.

“great location, stylish, modern”

I was received very friendly. The equipment is super modern with many small extras. The rooms are very small, but absolutely sufficient with a large and comfortable bed. In this area are a lot of shops and restaurants.

“Super hotel for business travel”

I regularly travel to London, and usually stay at the same hotel. Unfortunately, it wasn't available, so I found myself at CitizenM Bankside.

From the moment you enter the lobby, you can tell that design and style are at the heart of the hotel.

There's a really strong modern vibe that reminds me of some places I've stayed in New York or Berlin.

On arrival, there are some self-service check-in terminals, but again these are pieces of design not utility. Even though it is self-serve, staff are on hand to assist. Everyone I interacted with was warm, helpful and welcoming.

On check-in, you can make some room selections at no cost, and also add breakfast.

My high floor room was bright, clean, modern and small (but clever). I don't think it work as well for couples, but as a solo business traveller, it was ideal.

The room also has some neat futuristic controls, with lights, blinds and tv all controlled via a pad.

The bed is large and comfy.

I opted for breakfast, which included the usual options and really good barista coffee.

Check-out was self-service once again, but there are plenty of friendly staff to assist.

I would recommend the hotel, and would stay there again.

“Very Good”

Very clever room, the technology is amazing. Check in and out easy as advertised. Good place to stay for special occasions, very slightly too expensive for day to day hotel. Overall very good would stay again.

“Perfect place to stay in bankside”

Cannot fault the hotel. Bed was amazing. Room tech was a great bonus and it worked! I will definitely recommend a citizen m hotel. Already looking at one of the paris hotels for a summer weekend. Great smelling toiletries by the way

“Excellent”

We had stayed as a couple at this hotel before and loved it. This time we had our 4 year old with us. It was perfect! Staff were great, he found the space stimulating yet calming and the location is excellent.

Def recommend, plenty of room in that massive bed!
