The hotel was awesome., clean, nicely decorated, well designed, functional and with every single possible need I could have. Its location is unbeatable and I love the techie features in the Room. Why can't all hotels be like this?
I loved the location of the hotel. Wish the weather was a bit better. Their are many nice restaurants around the hotel as well and one doesn't need to walk too far to see key attractions of London including Tower Bridge.
Fabulous hotel in a great location! Awesome atmosphere! Loved it from the moment we walked in the door! Smart room was small but had everything we needed. High tech and cozy, comfy bed! Highly recommend!
Pleasantly surprised with room. Very clean. Small, but well thought out space. Comfy large bed & quslity bedding/ bkackout blinds/ linens. Great areas to work in lobby/living room. Check in/ out ultra easy- no waiting.
Food expensive & poor quality but was told they were getting a new menu in a week or so. Convenient free computers for printing boarding passes etc.
CitizenM Tower of London hotel ,has a great vibe.Funny , friendly and Fab. Should be called CitizenF .L.Speck is very high tech . Views are stunning and the bar ,choice and price of cocktails were great.
I shall return.
Title says it all.
CitizenM is just incredibly well organized and managed. Affordable luxury is not a joke and I have to say that I am genuinely impressed by the service delivered. We stayed with CitizenM twice within the last couple of months in Soho, NY and ToL, England respectively.
Both exactly the same in terms of service and value.
This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Tower of London hotel and we can’t fault it. Rooms are lovely (small, but we’re out most of the time anyway and fit two people perfectly) and are really cool and high tech.
The “smart room” features (lighting, mood lighting, tv, blinds etc.) are controlled from the iPad, a nice touch when you can’t be bothered getting up from the amazingly comfy bed! Only downside about the bed I’d say is that you can only access it from one side as it’s right beside the window - fine for us but perhaps not so accessible for those with disabilities/movement issues. Rooftop bar is lovely too and the downstairs bar/breakfast area is a nice welcome - the coffee always smells amazing!
This is a 21st Century hotel. You can check-in online, or by self service in the reception. The room facilities are controlled with an iPad in the room, including curtains, shutters, lights, TV and air condition.
Our room was comfortable, but small, and the double bed had access only from one side. The bathroom was larger than normal, disproportionally so to the size of the room, but was fully fit for handicapped. Not sure if this is the case with all the rooms, we certainly did not request this.
The location is convenient for access to the Tower Hill Underground station.
