“My favourite hotel chain”

There isn't much to add to what everyone else already says about why citizenM is such a great place to stay - but I will anyway!

I've stayed in both Amsterdam incarnations and in Glasgow, but this one was my favourite.

The public areas are great places to lounge around and the staff are super friendly without being over the top too hipster trendy!

It suits almost all requirements - if you want to doss about doing nothing for a day then the movies in the bedroom are great and up to date, or it is the perfect sort of place to use as a base to head out and explore. I stayed for 3 nights and did both.

“Fantasic Hotel - would highly recommend”

A group of 8 friends stayed for 2 nights at the Tower Bridge hotel. It was an amazing experience - the staff were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and so efficient. Looking for a reason to come again very soon!

“Good location”

Nice hotel and excellent location net to Tower Hill station. Breakfast was expensive and there is many cafes near so we didn't take it. Bar in upstairs was nice with nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Perfect”

Really clean, efficient and funky hotel. Loved it. Location was good too and loved the bar on the 7th floor. Plenty of hot water, very modern and great staff. Breakfast was fab too. Really pleased we chose and will stay there again.

“More than a hotel, it's an experience”

This hotel offers a different kind of stay. Everything from a check in/out station with a self serve option for your view from your room. The main lobby or Living room is filled with many areas sit, work, socialise and have a coffee or cocktail.

The vibe is hip and energetic!
The rooms are comfortable despite being compact. There is a bed, desk, vanity and bathroom space all used wisely. Very quiet inside the room. I did not hear any other guests.
Breakfast has a great variety of hot and cold options. The lattes are a treat.
This hotel is steps away from the underground access to the tube and across the road from the Tower of London.
Staff are young, helpful and extremely polite. I have seen all ages of guests staying here but not children.
Love the unique gifts in the lobby!
I would recommend this hotel to all travellers but most of all people who want to set outside the traditional style of hotel accommodation. The people behind CitizenM are offering a top shelf level of style and comfort. I will be coming back and seeking out other locations with this brand.

“Good hotel, and great location”

Stayed here 2 nights over Easter. The hotel is well situated literally 30 seconds from the Tower Bridge tube station but still not noisy or crowded because it was so close. The lobby is great and quite large and it is easy to hangout there for hours if you wish.

Bar and breakfast place are also part of this lobby. There is a bar on the 7th floor that has great views. While the hotel seems to pride itself on being high tech, it is almost too high tech, even for someone like me who understands technology. A lot of things in the very small bedroom have to be done through the iPad provided. Sometimes it is just easier to turn on the TV with a remote, or adjust the temperature on a thermostat! It was disappointing that the iPad could control a lot of things, but you couldn't even use it for the internet or email, etc. The TV was very large and nice, but the so-called free movie section was limited. Hotel should advise guests CLEARLY when there is a test of the fire alarm. I was awoken just past 1 pm to an alarm as I was napping after an overnight flight. As I was startled, I called reception and was told it was a test. I would have been nice to know this before entering my room that I had just checked-in to. Given how technology advanced this hotel is, it should have been easy to send a message to the iPads indicated such an activity.
The room is great for 1 person or a couple, but certainly no additional people. The room is so narrow that if you are 2 in bed, one has to crawl over the other to get to the other side, as there is no space around the bed. There is a tiny table in the room, but not very useful besides putting a few small items on.
Room was very clean.
Wifi worked very well and was fast.

“Roseyetal”

Super designer hotel. Minutes from Tower Hill tube station, the Tower of London and Tower bridge. Staff super helpful. Good breakfast.

Rooms are quite small but cleverly conceived to contain everything needed.
