Only a couple of blocks off of Times Square, it was the perfect location. Right next to the 1 line as well so that was convenient. We absolutely loved the check-in/out as it was so easy and an Ambassador was there to help.

We showed up a touch early but the held our bags and even held our bags after we checked out! (We had a late flight time). The room was small but perfect for just two people and the views were amazing! Overall, extremely pleased with our stay and highly recommend it!

“Hipster Hotel”

Super friendly staff at this funky-vibed hotel. We loved our room. It was squeaky clean, well-designed for such a tiny place, stylishly decorated and very comfy. Loved the iPad driven controls for the room, and that massive window is pretty speccy.

The lobby and roof-top bar are gorgeous. The view from the top at night is simply spectacular. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists wanting immediate access to Times Square and Broadway. Check-in was super fast and easy. You will feel very welcome here.

Absolutely perfect. Smaller rooms but it’s expected being that the rooms are loaded with cool features and the staff is beyond helpful. Not to mention, only a few blocks from Times Square. Seriously perfect spot for a couple or single person.

It’s perfect!

“Great service”

The over-all experience was very good. Staff is efficient and very friendly. The room is small but I knew that ahead of time. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the only exit on one side of the bed is to crawl over the other person, which is a problem especially getting up while the other person is sleeping.

“CitizenM NY”

Excellent place to Explore NY out of mid town and feel home at the same time. Super friendly staff, basic but tasty breakfast and the concept with living room / lobby is comfortable, makes you feel at home

“An excellent hotel near Times Square”

Would highly recommend Citizen M to anyone coming to New York. Just minutes away from Times Square and within walking distance from a lot of the big attractions. It is also very handy for the subway and getting around the city.

Hotel is lovely. Having stayed in a Citizen M before we knew what to expect. Hotel is very modern; ipad to control lights, tv, blinds etc. The room is small. However, this didn't bother us as we didn't spend that much time in the room as we were out exploring the city most of the day. The bed was extremely comfy, just what was needed after a long day of lots of walking. The hotel facilities itself are great. The roof top bar is lovely and prices are reasonable. As is the bar on the ground floor. There is a great atmosphere in the hotel that you can feel when you walk in. Staff were really helpful and friendly. On our last day they kept our cases for us for no cost which allowed us to make the most of our last day. There are also no extra costs in the hotel, which I understand is different from a lot of other places.

There are a lot of great restaurants nearby within walking distance. We loved Tony's Di Napoli (best Italian food I have ever tasted!). We also visited Del Frisco's for an amazing steak as we got engaged when in New York and wanted something special to celebrate.

Fantastic stay at Citizen M Times Square. I would recommend to any one wanting a hotel in a central location that is very reasonable in price.

“Great hotel in superb location”

Very easy hotel to love. Great people and everything seems just right. Out of the bustle of Times Square here is a haven of modern chic that feels like it is for everyone. No pretending to be what it is not.

Great bar, always people around giving it a real buzz. Staff are happy, polite and helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you could want and the media is superb.

“A great stay at a great location”

I highly recommend staying at the CitizenM Times Square. It’s within walking distance to Broadway and the theaters even in heels. Catch a show, take in Times Square, or relax at the rooftop bar or on the balcony for a feeling of luxury without totally breaking the bank.

It’s a bit more than the price of just a hotel room, but well worth the extra. Everything about this hotel seems majestic and has it’s own personal touch. Even walking through the front door you’ll notice this place has its own distinct aroma and a vibe that instantly relaxes you. The decor makes you take a beat while trying to take it all in. I guarantee you will say at least once “I need that in my house!”. While the rooms may seem like you’re experiencing tiny house living they have everything you need. Let’s be honest what do you really need with that extra wasted floor space anyway? From the large window side bed to the rainforest shower you almost don’t want to leave the room. And for those looking for a special night in, the in room technology helps you set the perfect mood. Use the preset selections on the iPad or tweak things to give it your own personal touch. Need your coffee in the morning? Stop by the lobby bar where the barista warmly greets you and makes coffee to such perfection you feel as if they personaly picked, roasted, and grinded the beans just for you. Add the breakfast option and you won’t be disappointed (well for me the eggs could have been better) by the options. Wether your in the lobby longe area, at the bar, in the elevator, the sky bar, or on the balcony you’re almost guaranteed to make a new friend as you want to share the experience with someone who is also experiencing the same thing just to make sure it’s all real and really happening.
