Great experience at a great price! Check in was awesome, the room was really well thought out and breakfast was fab! The choice of options in the included breakfast deal was brilliant. We’ll stay again!
I have never stayed in a CitezenM before, but the hubby assured me it would be an experience. The decor is a mash up of modern and old. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. And the rooms are functional but fun.
Now being an airport hotel everyone is there for one reason, an early flight the next day. So there isn’t really anywhere to go. So everyone ends up in the lobby, having a drink or a bite to eat. It makes for quite an interesting evening. Funny, this was one of the most relaxing nights we had on our honeymoon!!
We stayed here for an early flight the next day. All the staff were friendly and
Interior design is very interesting.I especially enjoyed the time spent reading books in the lobby. The price and everything in this place was excellent.
Great hotel located walked distance from the airport. Hotel is very functional with automated check-in which is easy to use, connected rooms which allow you to control the blinds, lights, TV with an iPad which is in the room and good wireless internet which is free.
Room is well set up with good sized comfortable bed, good shower and toilet. Was all very clean. Very good pricing and good experience. Would definitely recommend.
Arrived in Paris from Australia at 0630 and followed easy directions sent and was able to walk easily from terminal 3 of CDG. Staff were excellent helped with self check in with early check in option for minimal price - so worth it! Added in breakfast as cheaper to do then.
Room was new modern clean and very nice - small but only needed for airport stopovers and had everything I needed-could operated everything like the block out blinds/aircon/lights from the iPad supplied. Years ago had bad experience in Paris and hadn’t returned but as here the night and arrived early I prebooked ticket on bigbus hop on tour of Paris and asked staff member David for instructions to get to Eiffel Tower to join bus. David was so helpful he advised Notre Dame was easier to get to using train blue line from terminal 3 and gave me so much need help and also the phone number of taxi in case of emergency etc. All staff were kind and friendly and helpful but David was a godsend. Lobby clean friendly and nice to sit in after my big day out and have a drink from bar.
Simple dinner options but needed after travelling and delicious breakfast with loads of pastries. Definitely recommend!
The most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in! I love that it is mostly self serve, that doesn't mean no service. The staff is friendly and available to help if you need it. The rooms are smartly designed, offering free water and smart technology to manage lights amd blinds.
A very clean and modern place. Perfect for over night and even longer.
This is a very modernized hotel and provides you all the comfort of your home. Details are below:
Room:The room is modern and controlled by an iPad. You can enjoy wide variety of movies (of different genre) for free.
The room size is not very big (in fact probably half the size of traditional American hotels), however, the interior design and architecture gives you a nice spacious vibe and for even a couple like us, this was enough. The hallway is big and clean.
Comfort: The bed was nice. Shower had excellent pressure. You can control the lighting mode inside the room. You can configure this smart room to give you a wake-up call. We selected the mode "wildly", which gave a feeling that you wake up inside a jungle just in time. Very nice touch!.
Staffs: I think the best part of this hotel is their staffs. We came to the hotel late around 12:00 am. All restaurants were closed nearby. However, the staffs went to the kitchen, checked the refrigerator and prepared late night snacks for us. The check-in and check-out was prompt (probably the fastest in my life). The process is self service and they have more than 8 kiosks that you can use to check in or check out.
Location: If you want to catch early morning flight or planning for an overnight trip to paris on your way to fly somewhere else, this hotel is gonna beat all others. This is right next to the exit of Terminal 3. If you arrive at Terminal 2 or 1, just use airport shuttle (for free). You can also take a bus or train from Terminal 2 or 3 to visit Paris City Center (e.g., Eiffel Tower, Louvre, etc.), which will cost you about 10-12 Euro per person (and takes about 1 hour+). We used chauffeur privé, which cost about 45 Euro for two of use (and takes about 40/50 minutes). If you plan to visit Paris, then I would recommend to stay near the City Center not near the airport (I believe there is CitizenM chain near the City Center as well).
This was my first time experience with citizenM. I would definitely consider this chain to stay in Future.
Few downside (not for us):
(1) If you are not couple and more than one of you plan to stay in a single room, you wont be able to maintain enough privacy. Probably, the hotel provides bigger room in that case (not sure)
(2) As I mentioned, the room was not huge and with kids, you may want to consider a bigger room (better to contact the hotel management to see if there is such options)
this hotel is all you need for a stop over at the airport or a long weekend as there is transport into the city. it has a good breakfast and the rooms are okay, if a little small.
reception was very efficient and friendly making check in easy
