Love the brand it’s bright, cool and funky, service is exceptional, food is delicious and beds are sooooo comfy. Everything works! WiFi is great , iPad controlled room, mood lighting. 100% reccomend.
Sorts of TV channels
Available in the room (sick of BBC World!) in different languages.
CitizenM offered me an amazing stay: plenty of space to work, extremely clean rooms with a spot for everything, and a very early check-in off the back of 24 hours' transit. The staff were extremely helpful.
I will seek out this chain on future business trips.
The room are little but very charming . There isan iPad for all the operations you have to do. Se state in this hotel ti e in february and in april. The metro is at vive minute sbuca walkink. Se do not ha e breakfast
Overall, everything was great, room, staff, location, amenities. Two things to note, though...
1. A kettle in the room will be helpful (no need for coffee, tea, milk). But just keep a kettle as an option for those who wish to make their own.
I found that while most guests in my group had got a free drinks voucher, others did not. I did not get one either. That was quite disappointing, not because I was desperate for a voucher, but because of the lack of consistency.
Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel was booked by the client so we didn’t choose this hotel. They wanted to show us a different hotel experience. We certainly got that.
Staff were helpful and friendly, everything clean and well maintained.
Room concept was modern and different and acceptable if travelling alone however I would not have been pleased if I wasn’t travelling alone as you’d have to climb over each other to get in and out of bed and wash your hands/brush your teeth etc. in the same room as the bed. Bathroom was modern and shower excellent. Bed very comfy.
Room was controlled by an iPad mini. Given that I work day to day with this technology, I enjoyed it but I’d have preferred to have my own device(s) control the room as an option.
You may enjoy the mood lights and other features of the room but these were not for me.
The concept seemed to be aimed at millennials as the social areas were casual and open, however the majority of the guests, like me, were Gen Xers, probably because it was quite an expensive nightly rate (€300/night midweek), so it was full of visiting business people.
Breakfast was simple but fine quality however a very limited menu for lunch and dinner and the staff said that everything was bought in you also had to clear up after yourself, not good for an expensive place. A colleague described it as a 4 Star glamorous hostel and I agree.
If I was to choose a hotel in the area for that price, I would choose somewhere with larger rooms and better F & B instead. The main take away for me were the great staff.
Second stay at CitizenM for a show at the U Arena and same reasons for satisfaction: trendy hotel different from all the others with hyper-friendly atmosphere. Rooms (small) are bright, modern, functional and very clean.
The hotel where to be in such circumstances.
Good Atmosphere but room is bit costly. Location of the hotel is awesome. Food quality is really good and enjoyed. Room service also good. Climate at paris also good. Cleanliness was good. Overall is nice experience.
CitizenM is a a good value hotel in this price range. This was my second stay this year (a third stay is already booked) and I enjoy how friendly the staff are and the cleaniness of the room. The shower is great...and to everyone who has experience of bad water pressure at Parisian hotels, this is the hotel to book.
The location is not too bad if you’re a tourist, but I mainly book this location due to it’s location in the business district.
