“Stylish hotel, convenient and comfy”

It’s the first time to stay in this hotel, where this is just 5 mins walk from airport train station.

Hotel is new, clean and comfortable. With the in room iPad control, it’s a nice idea to blend technology and hotel services together.

Interested idea to customers!

Just another 5 to 10 mins walk to Ximending, great access to the food and shopping area. Convenient store nearby, where you may grab a beer or two, and enjoy the nice night view in the room, enjoying relax moment.

Self check in is easy. Just a few steps and you can get your room card made. And you can use this card for your next visit, eco friendly!

Water pump pressure in shower is good. With that day and night shower gel choice, it will definitely refresh your body.

Definitely returning to this hotel for next visit.

“Great Staff, Modern Concept”

Very new hotel, very comfortable bed and modern room. Staff could not do enough for you. Recommended for business travel. Funky bar and meal area. Close to train station. The whole room is controlled by an ipad and everything worked beautifully.

“Good option, some cons”

Friendly staff
clean bedroom
practical room, i liked its design
i love how much light the room had, and the unobstructed view at least from 21F

Being on the 21st floor, I could hear the street noise a lil bit.

not sure how it would be if I were on a lower floor...
Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about
Check and check out is almost self check in. may not be suitable for older or less tech savvy people
Around 5-7 mins walk to metro

“My favor”

The location of this hotel is excellent, you can walk into Xiamen around 10mins, and Taipei Station around 15mins. If you are looking for a convenient location but don’t want to have many people here.

That’s a good location. Another thing is that the natural night is enough in which is better that other budgeted hotels. One tips , it is suggested to requesting a high floor , because some noise from road. One other thing is that the bed is comfortable than other hotels , but it is depended on your favor. The breakfast is an average, but I would say it is good for everyone. At last but not the least, the staff is very helpful.

“Convenient Location, Nice Room”

I have stayed at this property on two separate occasions in the last few months and had a nice stay both times.

The location is very convenient. It is an easy 5 minute walk from Taipei Main Station.

Not only is a short walk, but it is not a complicated one (which I, someone with a less than stellar sense of direction) appreciate.

The hotel itself is modern and clean.

Checkin-in/out is on computer. This part has stressed me out on both stays as the lobby is suuuuuuper super tight and if you hit a busy check in time there are many people, not really enough space, and a massive table in the middle of the room that nobody can quite shuffle past. For your sanity, make sure you have your passport and credit card in your hand, ready to go to alleviate having to try to open your suitcase in this cramped space. That said--once you have found yourself space at the table, the process is fast and painless.

Rooms are clean and bright. They have HUGE windows and wonderful natural light (something hotels somehow always seem to lack). Nice, comfy bed. Nice toiletries and they have a much nicer in-room hair dryer than most hotels have.

The room is small, but not any smaller than other rooms in the city. The layout of some rooms seems less advantageous than others (while essentially the same size, the layouts vary by location in the building). Odd layout makes it a little awkward to determine where to best put your suitcases, not a ton of surface space, etc.

My one downside to this hotel is that the toilet/shower/wetroom is very small and dark with poor ventilation. It will be wet and muggy and damp for the duration of your stay.

Both stays of mine were in the 3-4 day range. Room was lovely and clean, but I think 3 days is kind of the max in this room, otherwise your stuff being everywhere will start to drive you a little crazy. I would stay again, but for a short stay.

“We love CitizenM”

Just stayed at CitizenM for 3 nights last week and we had a wonderful trip in Taipei. Location is excellent as it is walkable to everywhere (Train Stations, Ximending). Bed is huge for 3 of us (2 adults 1 kid).

Staff is friendly and they helped to call a taxi. We love everything at the hotel. The only one minor problem is, there are some mosquito at the lobby area and we had a few bites there.

“Modern, chic but...”

Hotel is a modern, funky hotel but checking in process could be better. Its a self-check in hotel, so you need to find your reservation from one of the terminals located in the (tiny) lobby, scan your passport and get program your own keycard for the room.

The system failed to properly register me and ended up having to rely on a guest relations officer. Saw numerous guests having problems checking in. Room was very modern but small. Location is good, easy access to the main rail/bus station.

“nice hotel”

It is near the airport train station and mtr station. I go to west gate by walk for 5 min. The check-in and check-out are very fast. Although the room is not big, the window view is excellent. Everything are easily control by ipad.
