How, what and where to book.

How do I book?

We like to make things quick and easy for you – that's why all citizenM reservations are done online. You'll find our best rates and availability here. Just a few clicks and you're done! No phone calls or emails necessary.

Do I need a credit card to book?

Yes, you need a valid credit card to book a room. The card will not be charged when making the reservation (there are some exceptions, for example when we're having limited-time sales).

Once you arrive at the hotel, you'll be required to present a credit card at check-in, but it doesn't have to be the same credit card you used to make your booking online.

What kind of rates do you offer?

There are two types of rates for every booking:

The flexible rate will let you modify and cancel your booking free of charge within the time limits of the booking.

The fixed rate will give you a better price, but you will not be able to cancel or modify your reservation once it is booked (this rate is temporarily unavailable until 30th of June 2021). 

There is also a special mycitizenM rate with more discounts and flexibility. If you aren't a mycitizenM member yet, you can sign up while you book! Find out more here.

How do I book a group?

We love groups! If you need more than 10 rooms on fixed dates, please visit our groups page for more information and to request a quote for your visit. Please note: there are no twin beds at citizenM. Each room has an XL king-size double bed only (to share or not).
