There are two ways you can redeem the Free Trial membership during the sale period: (1) by booking a stay with the mycitizenM+ rate (2) by signing up for a mycitizenM+ membership.

In both cases the promo code will be applied automatically to your order. Here are both options, step by step:

1. Book a stay:
   Select the hotel and dates
   Choose the mycitizenM+ rate
   Log in or create an account (you will need to verify your email address before coming back to complete your booking)
   Enter your details and payment info (you will not be charged now, but only when your Free Trial period ends)
   Click continue button to immediately apply the Plus plan benefits to your booking, and start your Free Trial

2. Sign up for mycitizenM+ membership:
   Log in or create an account
   Enter address
   Enter payment details (you will not be charged if you cancel your Free Trial period before it ends)
   Click pay now to confirm the start of your Free Trial

Your free trial will be active for 6 months from the moment you sign up.

The day after your free trial period ends, the membership will automatically convert to a twelve-month paid Plus plan (unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period).

Si tu commences par un essai gratuit, tu peux annuler ton adhésion à tout moment pendant la période d'essai, sans aucune obligation, et la période de paiement de 12 mois ne commencera pas.

Pour annuler ton adhésion, connecte-toi à ton compte citizenM, va dans la section 'adhésion', puis suis les étapes. Nous t'enverrons un e-mail pour confirmer l'annulation et les conditions restantes (temps restant, combien de paiements restent à effectuer, etc).

Unfortunately it’s not possible to change your Free Trial period once your Trial has started, and multiple promo codes cannot be combined. For example, if you’re on a one-month Free Trial and see an offer for a three-month Free Trial, it’s not possible to switch to the three-month, or add it to your existing Trial period.
