Je kunt de promocode voor de gratis proefperiode op twee manieren inwisselen:

(1) While you book a stay via the citizenM.com website or the citizenM app:

• Kies het hotel en de data

• Voer je gegevens, de promocode en betalingsgegevens in (er wordt niets in rekening gebracht als je je gratis proefperiode vóór de afloopdatum opzegt)

• Click continue button to immediately apply the Plus plan benefits to your booking, and start your Free Trial

(2) Via the mycitizenM+ page.

• Log in of maak een account aan

• Enter your address (for invoicing purposes)

• Add code to ‘’promo code’’ field and click apply

• Voer de betalingsgegevens in (er wordt niets in rekening gebracht als je je gratis proefperiode vóór de afloopdatum opzegt)

• Klik op Nu betalen om je gratis proefperiode te starten

De vervaldata van kortingscodes kunnen variëren. Je kunt deze informatie vinden in het originele bericht over je kortingscode of de geldigheid ervan controleren bij het inwisselen.

Dit hangt af van de promocode. Je ziet dit wanneer je de promocode inwisselt of in het oorspronkelijke bericht dat je over je promocode hebt gekregen.

De dag nadat je gratis proefperiode is afgelopen, wordt de gratis proefperiode automatisch omgezet in een betaald Plus-abonnement van 12 maanden (tenzij je vóór het einde van de gratis proefperiode opzegt).

You can cancel your Free Trial anytime before its end date. If you cancel your Free Trial, you may continue to use the Plus benefits until the end of the Free Trial period. To cancel, log into your account and visit the membership dashboard.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to change your Free Trial period once your Trial has started, and multiple promo codes cannot be combined. For example, if you’re on a one-month Free Trial and see an offer for a three-month Free Trial, it’s not possible to switch to the three-month, or add it to your existing Trial period.
