Hello London, and welcome to a new kind of hotel. citizenM is a boutique hotel in central London located at the Bankside, minutes from the Tate Modern and London Bridge, and within walking distance from Southwark tube station (Jubilee Line).
facilities: Staff available 24 hours a day, 24 hour a day express check-in/check-out, soundproof and non-smoking rooms, all public & private spaces non-smoking, rooms/facilities for disabled guests, elevator, safety deposit box, heating/air conditioning, luggage storage, closet space, fridge in the room, 24 hour a day canteenM and cocktail bar.
internet/phone: Free WiFi in citizenM hotel rooms, lobbies and canteenM. International and local calls will be charged according to rates equivalent to Skype. No hidden costs. We also have iMacs in our living rooms and the tablet mood pad in the rooms for you to work and play on.
reservations: We only accept online reservations. We do not accept phone reservations. To make a reservation at our Southwark boutique hotel, you need a valid credit card. Cash not accepted.
Guests can check in and out quickly via the electronic kiosks. Assistance provided by our ambassadors.
check in: From 14.00 - early check in is possible upon availability, at an additional fee of £19.95.
check out: Until 11.00 - late check out is possible, at an additional fee of £19.95.

art: citizenM loves art and hopes it inspires all mobile citizens. The commissioned façade artwork is designed by Mark Titchner, interior artwork is by Assume Vivid Astro Focus “AVAF” and there’s a collection of art displayed in our lobby living rooms.
