citizenM is located within walking distance (5 minutes) from Charles De Gaulle Airport Terminal 3. If you are arriving at Terminal 1 or 2 or by TGV, you can take the free shuttle CDGVAL (you can catch it between the TGV-RER station Aeroport Charles De Gaulles 2-TGV and terminal 2F) to Terminal 3- Roissypole (also known as RER station Aeroport Charles De Gaulles 1). When at Terminal 3, take the exit #1 to Continental Square, follow the covered walkway and you will see citizenM straight ahead (about 3-4 minutes walking). Note: The main exit is closed after 10:00 PM. After this time, exit via the bus station (not the Hotel Courtesy Buses) then turn left, go straight ahead and look for the covered walkway to the station and follow the directions as mentioned above. Shuttles run every 4 minutes between 04:00 AM and 01:00 AM

Unfortunately, citizenM does not provide shuttles. But feel free to arrange your own. Most airports provide these services.

At citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle hotel, we have 56 parking spaces and 2 handicapped parking spaces available for our guests. The price is 2.50 EUR per hour, or 25.00 EUR per day. To reserve your parking spot, please follow this link: https://www.onepark.fr. We recommend doing so as soon as possible, as there is a limited number of parking spots available to book online, and a 24-hour notice is required. Please note: the price of the parking is not connected to your reservation, therefore it must be paid separately from your room charges.

Check-out is at 11.00 AM. Do you want to stay in your ultra-comfy bed longer? No problem, you can add a late check-out until 2.00 PM for an extra 29 EUR during booking, at online check-in, or in person at the hotel.

All our rooms are guaranteed to be available from 2:00 PM, even if you check-in before 2:00 PM via the citizenM app.

Early check-in before 2:00 PM: ask at the hotel front desk about early check-in. This is only possible when rooms are available. If there are no rooms, ask about our free luggage storage.

Early check-in cannot be booked in advance. However, at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport hotel, early check-in can be purchased at the front desk for 29.00 EUR (subject to room availability).

Check-in between 2:00 PM and midnight: your room is available and there are no extra charges for late arrival.

Check-in after midnight: call the hotel and they will hold your room until no later than 11:00 AM the next day. You'll find all hotel phone numbers here.

Our front desk is always open (yes, 24/7!) and an ambassador is always available to help you with anything you need.

Some countries require you to show ID at the time of check-in. Your booking confirmation email will include this information if needed. We are happy to keep your luggage safe and secure (for free!) on the day of your arrival and departure, as long as storage space is available. Please ask an ambassador if storage is possible.

There are no gym facilities at this hotel, but you don't have to give up on fitness (unless you prefer to run a movie marathon in bed, of course). In our movie library, you'll find workout videos made especially for your room. You can also use the free Wi-Fi to stream your favourite workout video. Our city guides have running maps too.

We do not have bikes at the hotel, but please ask our ambassadors to recomment a great local bike rental place.

Yes, you can add breakfast with one click while you're making your reservation. If you aren't sure yet, simply buy it on the day of arrival or in the morning. The price is the same. Breakfast is free for all children age 10 or less, as long as the adults purchase breakfast too.

Breakfast is served from 6.00 AM until 11.00 AM. It is possible to have breakfast earlier than 6.00 AM, just let us know in advance to arrange this. The price of the breakfast is 20 EUR. Our hot & cold breakfast buffet comes with unique local treats and familiar favourites. Pile your plate with warm pastries, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and more.

Yes, our breakfast has something for everyone! You'll find options for vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free diets. If you have other special requirements, let us know in the comments during the booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, we serve delicious hot meals during lunch and dinner time (12.00 PM - 10.30 PM) at canteenM. Cold food, snacks, drinks and coffee are available 24/7.
