citizenM Rotterdam hotel has car parking with limited availability. Spaces can't be reserved so please pull up nearby and come to the front desk to ask if a space is free first. The nearest parking locations are: Markthal Interparking (select Hotel Parking) Parking Garage Oude Haven

All our rooms are guaranteed to be available from 2:00 PM, even if you check-in before 2:00 PM via the citizenM app.

Early check-in before 2:00 PM: ask at the hotel front desk about early check-in. This is only possible when rooms are available. If there are no rooms, ask about our free luggage storage.

Check-in between 2:00 PM and midnight: your room is available and there are no extra charges for late arrival.

Check-in after midnight: call the hotel and they will hold your room until no later than 11:00 AM the next day. You'll find all hotel phone numbers here.

Some countries require you to show ID at the time of check-in. Your booking confirmation email will include this information if needed. The following ID is accepted: passport, driver's licence, any type of ID valid for travel (for example, national ID cards within the EU). Your data will only be used for identification, age verification and security purposes.

Our front desk is always open (yes, 24/7!) and an ambassador is always available to help you with anything you need.

Check-out is at 11.00 AM. Do you want to stay in your ultra-comfy bed longer? No problem, you can add a late check-out until 2.00 PM for an extra 29 EUR during booking, at online check-in, or in person at the hotel.

We are happy to keep your luggage safe and secure (for free!) on the day of your arrival and departure, as long as storage space is available. Please ask an ambassador if storage is possible.

There are no gym facilities at this hotel, but you don't have to give up on fitness (unless you prefer to run a movie marathon in bed, of course). In our movie library, you'll find workout videos made especially for your room. You can also use the free Wi-Fi to stream your favourite workout video. Our city guides have running maps too.

Yes! This hotel has free bicycles for guests. There are just a few simple rules to note: - 1 bike per guest, maximum 2 per room - bikes are available on first-come-first-served basis - ask as soon as you arrive - the use of bicycle is free, but we will take a refundable security deposit of 100 EUR in case of theft or damage - all bikes must be returned before midnight - we will ask you to sign a rental agreement - if there are no bikes left, ask our hotel ambassdors to recommend a great local rental place

Yes, you can add breakfast with one click while you're making your reservation. If you aren't sure yet, simply buy it on the day of arrival or in the morning. The price is the same. Breakfast is free for all children age 10 or less, as long as the adults purchase breakfast too.

Yes, our breakfast has something for everyone! You'll find options for vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free diets. If you have other special requirements, let us know in the comments during the booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Breakfast is served from 6.00 AM until 11.00 AM. It is possible to have breakfast earlier than 6.00 AM, just let us know in advance to arrange this. The price of the breakfast is 18 EUR. Our hot & cold breakfast buffet comes with unique local treats and familiar favourites. Pile your plate with warm pastries, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and more.
