citizenM is dedicated to providing exceptional service to all of our guests, regardless of their abilities. All citizenM properties have been designed and constructed in compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act. Our properties and website are accessible to all guests. We strive to ensure that guests with disabilities have access to the information necessary to make informed decisions about our properties. Staff are available to answer questions, provide additional information, and respond to requests for personal accommodations.

citizenM strives to provide digital content that is accessible to all users. We actively work to maintain, assess and improve the usability and accessibility of our websites, including through training of our personnel, engagement of experts and regular testing of our digital accessibility.

citizenM’s properties offer the following accessibility features and accommodations:

- Accessible public entrances.
- Accessible public entrances to the check-in desk, to accessible guest amenities, and to guest rooms. Most properties require elevator use to access accessible guest rooms.
- All properties utilize self-check-in/check-out Kiosks. An accessible check-in/check-out Kiosk is provided for self-service. Check-in/Check-out assistance is offered upon request.
- Accessible guest amenities including lobbies, living spaces, food and beverage areas (canteenM, and cloudM), fitness, pool, and meeting facilities.
- Accessible tables that accommodate wheelchair accessible seating.
- Accessible restrooms.
- Braille, visual, and tactile signage identifying permanent rooms and spaces and that provide direction throughout.

Accessible Guestrooms
- Accessible guest rooms that include required mobility features and the following additional features:
lowered door viewers and security locks,
a low-rise King bed,
a digital RFID Door & Lock System that can be operated by key card, and
accessible lighting, environmental, and draper/blind controls that can be operated remotely via digital tablet or cell phone.

Note: Accessible bathing fixtures provided within the accessible guest rooms vary among our properties, most properties contain accessible roll-in showers. Information regarding accessible bathing fixtures is provided within the accessible guest room when making reservations via the website, information can also be obtained by contacting the property.

All guest rooms:
- All guest rooms contain closed captioning televisions in the USA and certain other locations.
- All guest rooms have low lighting levels. citizenM offers auxiliary lighting that can be temporarily installed in the room to assist those with low vision or other vision impairments.
- All guest rooms contain king beds. citizenM’s properties do not offer double bed accommodation rooms or connecting rooms. You may request an Accessible guest room be reserved along with neighboring rooms for individuals with disabilities traveling with family members, personal care assistants, or other companions, however this is not guaranteed.
