What is the check in time?
All our rooms are guaranteed to be available from 2:00 PM, even if you check-in before 2:00 PM via the citizenM app.
Early check-in before 2:00 PM: ask at the hotel front desk about early check-in. This is only possible when rooms are available. If there are no rooms, ask about our free luggage storage.
Check-in between 2:00 PM and midnight: your room is available and there are no extra charges for late arrival.
Check-in after midnight: call the hotel and they will hold your room until no later than 11:00 AM the next day. You'll find all hotel phone numbers here.
What is the check out time?
Check out is at 11.00 AM. Do you want to stay in your ultra-comfy bed longer? No problem, you can add a late check-out until 2.00 PM for an extra 29 GBP during booking, at online check-in, or in person at the hotel.

Our front desk is always open (yes, 24/7!) and an ambassador is always available to help you with anything you need.
Do I need an ID when checking in?

We are happy to keep your luggage safe and secure (for free!) on the day of your arrival and departure, as long as storage space is available. Please ask an ambassador if storage is possible.

Don't worry citizens, the laundry is sorted. We’ve partnered with LaundryHeap in London to make laundry easy during your stay. Simply click on this link to book a pick-up and drop-off service straight from your hotel. Need a laundry bag? Just pop by the front desk and ask.
Do you have a gym ?
There are no gym facilities at this hotel, but you don't have to give up on fitness (unless you prefer to run a movie marathon in bed, of course). In our movie library, you'll find workout videos made especially for your room. You can also use the free Wi-Fi to stream your favourite workout video. Our city guides have running maps too.
Can I rent a bike?
We do not have bikes at the hotel, but please ask our ambassadors to recomment a great local bike rental place.

Can I add breakfast to my reservation ?
Yes, you can add breakfast with one click while you're making your reservation. If you aren't sure yet, simply buy it on the day of arrival or in the morning. The price is the same.
What are the breakfast times and price?
Breakfast is served from 6.00 AM until 11.00 AM. It is possible to have breakfast earlier than 6.00 AM, just let us know in advance to arrange this. The price of the breakfast is 20 GBP. Our hot & cold breakfast buffet comes with unique local treats and familiar favourites. Pile your plate with warm pastries, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and more.
Do you provide breakfast for people with dietary requirements?
Yes, our breakfast has something for everyone! You'll find options for vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free diets. If you have other special requirements, let us know in the comments during the booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, we serve delicious hot meals during lunch and dinner time (12.00 PM - 04.00 AM) at canteenM. Cold food, snacks, drinks and coffee are available 24/7.
