cancellation: Non Refundable reservations cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.

Flexible reservations can be cancelled/modified up to 01.00 AM on the day of arrival in London while in Amsterdam and Glasgow, up to 02.00 PM on the day of arrival -no fee will be charged.

Late cancellation or no-show will result in charging the first night of the reservation.
