How do I get to the hotel?
From the airport, follow the signs for Trains or Schiphol Plaza. Then look for Arrivals 4. The nearest exit is next to Starbucks. Once you exit, you will see a parking lot and a covered brick walkway, leading you to citizenM, approximately 4 minutes away (250 meters).
For those late travels, the airport closes the majority of its exits around midnight leaving one exit open. This means from the Schiphol Plaza look for the nearest exit. Once exiting the airport head left walking alongside the airport until you see a parking lot and covered brick walkway.

Do you have a shuttle?
Unfortunately, citizenM does not provide shuttles. But feel free to arrange your own. Most airports provide these services.

You can use Schiphol Parking: P1 at the airport for short stays (48 hours).
P6 which provides valet parking for a minimum of 3 days. P3 is for long term parking. No booking is required.

What is the check out time?
Check-out is at 11.00 AM. Do you want to stay in your ultra-comfy bed longer? No problem, you can add a late check-out until 2.00 PM for an extra 29 EUR during booking, at online check-in, or in person at the hotel.

All our rooms are guaranteed to be available from 2:00 PM, even if you check-in before 2:00 PM via the citizenM app.
Early check-in before 2:00 PM: ask at the hotel front desk about early check-in. This is only possible when rooms are available. If there are no rooms, ask about our free luggage storage.
Early check-in cannot be booked in advance. However, at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport hotel, early check-in can be purchased at the front desk for 29.00 EUR (subject to room availability).
Check-in between 2:00 PM and midnight: your room is available and there are no extra charges for late arrival.
Check-in after midnight: call the hotel and they will hold your room until no later than 11:00 AM the next day. You'll find all hotel phone numbers here.
Until what time is the front desk open?
Our front desk is always open (yes, 24/7!) and an ambassador is always available to help you with anything you need.
Do I need an ID when checking in?
Some countries require you to show ID at the time of check-in. Your booking confirmation email will include this information if needed. We are happy to keep your luggage safe and secure (for free!) on the day of your arrival and departure, as long as storage space is available. Please ask an ambassador if storage is possible.

We’ve partnered with LaundryHeap here in the Netherlands to make laundry easy during your stay. Simply click on this link to book a pick-up and drop-off service straight from your hotel. Need a laundry bag? Just pop by the front desk and ask.
Do you have a gym ?
There are no gym facilities at this hotel, but you don't have to give up on fitness (unless you prefer to run a movie marathon in bed, of course). In our movie library, you'll find workout videos made especially for your room. You can also use the free Wi-Fi to stream your favourite workout video. Our city guides have running maps too.
Can I rent a bike?
We do not have bikes at the hotel, but please ask our ambassadors to recomment a great local bike rental place.

Can I add breakfast to the booking?
Yes, you can add breakfast with one click while you're making your reservation. If you aren't sure yet, simply buy it on the day of arrival or in the morning. The price is the same. Breakfast is free for all children age 10 or less, as long as the adults purchase breakfast too.
Do you provide breakfast for people with dietary requirements?
Yes, our breakfast has something for everyone! You'll find options for vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free diets. If you have other special requirements, let us know in the comments during the booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What are the breakfast times and price?
Breakfast is served from 6.00 AM until 11.00 AM. It is possible to have breakfast earlier than 6.00 AM, just let us know in advance to arrange this. The price of the breakfast is 19 EUR. Our hot & cold breakfast buffet comes with unique local treats and familiar favourites. Pile your plate with warm pastries, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and more.
