All our rooms are guaranteed to be available from 2:00 PM, even if you check-in before 2:00 PM via the citizenM app.
Early check-in before 2:00 PM: ask at the hotel front desk about early check-in. This is only possible when rooms are available. If there are no rooms, ask about our free luggage storage.
Check-in between 2:00 PM and midnight: your room is available and there are no extra charges for late arrival.
Check-in after midnight: call the hotel and they will hold your room until no later than 11:00 AM the next day. You'll find all hotel phone numbers here.
What is the check out time?
Check out is at 11.00 AM. Do you want to stay in your ultra-comfy bed longer? No problem, you can add a late check-out until 2.00 PM for an extra 29 GBP during booking, at online check-in, or in person at the hotel.

There are no gym facilities at this hotel, but you don't have to give up on fitness (unless you prefer to run a movie marathon in bed, of course). Yes, you can add breakfast with one click while you're making your reservation. If you aren't sure yet, simply buy it on the day of arrival or in the morning. The price is the same.
What are the breakfast times and price?
Breakfast is served from 6.00 AM until 11.00 AM. It is possible to have breakfast earlier than 6.00 AM, just let us know in advance to arrange this. The price of the breakfast is 20 GBP. Our hot & cold breakfast buffet comes with unique local treats and familiar favourites. Pile your plate with warm pastries, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and more.
