How do I book a meeting room?

Book one of our inspiring societyM meeting rooms online any time, any place here

How to book multiple meeting rooms?

It’s just like online shopping. Add the first room to your basket… and then another and another – as many as you need.

What are the payment options?

Book online and pay right away with a credit or debit card. Just so you know, we don’t take bank transfers, cheques, or cash. 

 
How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your room free of charge up to 7 days before your meeting. After this, you’ll be charged the full price. Email societyM@citizenM.com with your booking number to cancel.

How can I change my booking?

Changes cannot be done online, please contact us directly via societyM@citizenM.com.

How can I get an invoice?

Ask the hotel ambassadors for a full VAT receipt when you leave, or ask us via societyM@citizenM.com.
