When can I stay in the sale of the year?

Book until midnight (CET) on 27 November, stay until 31 March 2024. Please note, certain dates are not included and may vary per hotel.

How long is the mycitizenM+ 6-month trial valid for?

6-month free trials of mycitizenM+ memberships are limited. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Can I alter a sale booking?

The rate you book is specific to that hotel and stay date. If you change or cancel your booking, the original rate might not be available anymore. Cancellation terms vary per the hotel and rate you choose during booking.

The number of rooms on sale is limited – once they're gone, they're gone. If a rate is not showing up, it means rooms are sold out for that date.

Can I apply a sale discount to an existing booking?

No, this offer can't be combined with any other promotion and doesn't apply to current reservations.

Do I get breakfast?

Breakfast is not included but can be added for a small price.

How many people are allowed in one room?

Our beds are huge, but we only allow two people per room.
