The free night reward is only available for one night stay only. If you wish to book more than one night, please make two separate bookings. First booking for your free night reward. Second booking for the rest of your stay.

The rate to be booked needs to be a mycitizenM+ Flexible rate. Non refundable rate are not part of the offer.

This offer is only for mycitizenM+ members who completed 8 stays before 31 December 2023. The free night offer can only be redeemed on your 9th stay. It is not possible to get a refund on your 8th stay (previous stay).

If the mycitizenM+ flexible rate isn't appearing on the selected night then the free night cannot be redeemed on this specific day. This will also be specified to you by the Connect support team. All hotels are included in this deal.

You are entitled to modify your free night booking only one time.

You are entitled to request the free night only one time. If you wish to modify your free night booking more than once, the price may differ and you'll have to pay the price difference during your stay at the hotel.

Our beds are huge, but we only allow two people per room.

Breakfast is not included (but you can add it anytime for a small extra fee).
