Is your hotel open ?

How can I access the hotel?

Our hotels are open, but the doors may be locked at night (or in exceptional circumstances). In that case, hotel guests enter by scanning their room key card. New arrivals use the intercom to reach the hotel team.

Are the societyM meeting rooms open during my stay?

Yes, societyM meeting rooms are open for bookings! For your safety, all rooms are fully cleaned and disinfected after every meeting.

Is the hotel living room open during my stay?

Yes! Our living room is open as usual to all hotel guests for work, rest and play. Please observe the local social distancing rules while they are still in place.

Can I come to the hotel if I do not have a reservation ?

Yes, visitors are welcome at our hotel between 5.00 AM and 11.00 PM daily. Please observe the local social distancing rules while they are still in place. If you are buying food or drinks, please place your last order by 10.00 PM.

Can I book a room ?

Yes, you can book a room, our hotels are open. Click here to make a reservation.

Is canteenM open?

Due to the new health regulations, we have temporarily switched to table service only (no ordering at the bar). We serve food and drinks between 5.00 AM and 11.00 PM only. Please place your last order by 10.00 PM.

How do I check in/check out?

What is the check in time ?

Our check-in starts at 2.00 PM.

Are you arriving before 2.00 PM? You can check-in early at no extra charge if there are rooms available. Early check-in cannot be pre-booked in advance.

If you don't want to check-in early, we'll be happy to store your luggage for free (in case you want to go out sightseeing).

Until what time is the front desk open?

Our front desk is always open (yes, 24/7!) and an ambassador is always available to help you with anything you need.

Do I need an ID when checking in?

Some countries require you to show ID at the time of check-in. Your booking confirmation email will include this information if needed.

The following ID is accepted: passport, driver's licence, any type of ID valid for travel (for example, national ID cards within the EU).

Your data will only be used for identification, age verification and security purposes.

What is the check out time?

Check out is at 11.00 AM. Do you want to stay in your ultra-comfy bed longer? No problem, you can add a late check-out until 4.00 PM for an extra 29 GBP during booking, at online check-in, or in person at the hotel.

Is it possible to..? (yes our house rules changed a little bit)

Can I use cash at the hotel?

We are now a cashless hotel. We are happy to accept all of the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover and JCB. All room nights must be paid on arrival. If you need to add extra nights, we will ask you to pay for them when we modify your stay.

Are there any other rules I should be aware of?

If you feel ill, please dial 0 from your room and let the hotel team know, so they can follow our health and safety procedures, and arrange medical care for you if needed.

We have house rules in place at all our hotels. You will receive a copy in your pre-stay email and at the hotel. We will ask you to agree to the house rules when you check-in.

We reserve the right to:

• close the hotel if circumstances demand it and shorten your reservation
• adapt daily services as needed - food, beverages, housekeeping, etc
• ask anyone not complying with the house rules (both new and old) to leave the hotel.
• check your temperature if required by the authorities.

Can I bring family and friends?

Yes, you can bring visitors (like friends and family), but please observe the local rules. You cannot socialise with anyone you do not live with or who is not in your support bubble in any indoor setting, whether at home or in a public place. You cannot socialise in a group of more than 6 people outside, including in a garden or a public space – this is called the ‘rule of 6’.

What protective equipment is the hotel staff wearing?

All our staff wear face masks at all times, and mandatory gloves when working with food in the pantry and behind the bar.

Do I have to wear a mask at the hotel ?

Since 16 September, face masks must be worn in all public spaces at our hotel, except when seated, eating or drinking.

Can I store luggage at the hotel?

Our usual luggage storage service has changed for the health and safety of all staff and guests. Please ask whether it is possible to store your luggage once you arrive at the hotel.

Can I receive mail and packages at the hotel ?

We're sorry, we temporarily do not accept package deliveries, unless the guest is present at the hotel to collect the item in person. For everyone's safety, package storage is temporarily not available.

We want you to feel safe at any citizenM hotel you visit. Our cleaning routine was already world-class – now, it’s beyond amazing. On this page you’ll see what actions we’re taking for your health and safety. You can also tell us when you want your room cleaned. It's easy – download our free app, or use the MoodPad in your room. For all stays 3 nights or less, we won't clean your room unless you ask us to. For all stays of 3+ nights, we'll clean your room every 4th day.


What can I find at the hotel?

Can you store my luggage?

We are happy to securely store your luggage for free on the day of your arrival and departure. Please ask an ambassador at the front desk for help with this.

Can I arrange a surprise?

Absolutely, we love arranging surprises! Please use the chat function on our website to tell us all the details, or click here for other contact options.

Do you provide laundry service?

There are no laundry or dry-cleaning facilities at citizenM hotels, but our ambassadors are happy to recommend local cleaners and laundromats if you need one.

Do you have a gym ?

There are no gym facilities at this hotel, but you don't have to give up on fitness (unless you prefer to run a movie marathon in bed, of course). In our movie library, you'll find workout videos made especially for your room. You can also use the free Wi-Fi to stream your favourite workout video. Our city guides have running maps too.

Can I rent a bike ?

We do not have bikes at the hotel, but please ask our ambassadors to recomment a great local bike rental place.

Can I eat at the hotel ?

For the health and safety of all citizens, we serve a delicious continental breakfast on a tray (with our famous pastries and coffee, of course).

Do you serve lunch/dinner/drinks?

Yes, we still serve food and drinks as usual, but with some limitations. Due to the new health regulations, we have temporarily switched to table service only (no ordering at the bar). We serve food and drinks between 5.00 AM and 11.00 PM only. Please place your last order by 10.00 PM.

HOW can I order lunch/dinner/drinks?

You can browse our food and drink menus via the citizenM app, on the MoodPad in your room, by scanning the QR code at canteenM, or simply by asking an ambassador for a copy of the menu. Due to the latest health regulations, we have temporarily switched to table service only (no ordering at the bar). We serve food and drinks between 5.00 AM and 11.00 PM (last orders by 10.00 PM).

Can I have food delivered to the hotel?

We're sorry, but for your and our safety we are temporarily not accepting food deliveries to the hotel. Please do not order any food delivery.
