Yes, you can book a room, our hotels are open. Click here to make a reservation.
How can I access the hotel?
Our hotels are open, but the doors may be locked at night (or in exceptional circumstances). In that case, hotel guests enter by scanning their room key card. New arrivals use the intercom to reach the hotel team.
Is the hotel living room open during my stay?
Yes! Our living room is open as usual to all hotel guests for work, rest and play. Please observe the local social distancing rules while they are still in place. There can be a maximum of 30 people in the living room at all times, in groups up to 4 (excluding children under 12, the group can be larger if all people are from the same household). Face masks are required in all indoor areas of the hotel.
Is canteenM open?
Our canteenM is open as usual, but for take-away service only. Please consume all food and drinks in your room – including breakfast, which will be served in a take-away bag. Alcohol service is available until 8.00 PM daily. Browse the menus on the MoodPad in your room, in our free app, or ask an ambassador for a copy. After placing your order, please pick it up at canteenM and take to your room.
Are the societyM meeting rooms open during my stay?
Yes, societyM meeting rooms are open for bookings! For your safety, room capacities have been reduced. All rooms are fully cleaned and disinfected after every meeting.
Can I come to the hotel if I do not have a reservation ?
We're sorry, no visitors are allowed at our Dutch hotels, except when attending a pre-booked meeting at societyM. Please observe the social distancing rules while they are still in place. All visitors must register at the front desk upon arrival. Visitors can also order food and drinks for take-away until 1.00 AM daily.

Do you have parking?
citizenM Amsterdam Schiphol Airport hotel does not offer car parking.
Comfort Parking has a special discount for citizenM guests when you book through their website – use the code Citizenm10. This parking is situated a 10-minute drive from the hotel. There is a shuttle service back to the airport, which you can request while booking your parking on their website.
Alternatively, you can use Schiphol Parking:
P1 at the airport for short stays (48 hours).
P6 which provides valet parking for a minimum of 3 days.
P3 is for long term parking. No booking is required.
Do you have a shuttle?
at citizenM we do not provide shuttles. But feel free to arrange your own. Most airports provide these services.
How do I check in/check out?
What is the check out time?
Check-out is at 11.00 AM. Do you want to stay in your ultra-comfy bed longer? No problem, you can add a late check-out until 8.00 PM for an extra 39 EUR during booking, at online check-in, or in person at the hotel.
What is the check in time?
Our check-in starts at 2.00 PM.
Are you arriving before 2.00 PM? If there are rooms available, you can check-in early for a small extra fee of 29 EUR.
If you don't want to check-in early, we'll be happy to store your luggage for free (in case you want to go out sightseeing).
Until what time is the front desk open?
Our front desk is always open (yes, 24/7!) and an ambassador is always available to help you with anything you need.
Do I need an ID when checking in?
Some countries require you to show ID at the time of check-in. Your booking confirmation email will include this information if needed.
The following ID is accepted: passport, driver's licence, any type of ID valid for travel (for example, national ID cards within the EU).
Your data will only be used for identification, age verification and security purposes.

All our staff wear face masks at all times, and mandatory gloves when working with food in the pantry and behind the bar.

For all stays 3 nights or less, we won't clean your room unless you ask us to. For all stays of 3+ nights, we'll clean your room every 4th day.

We are happy to securely store your luggage for free on the day of your arrival and departure. Please ask an ambassador at the front desk for help with this.

Do you provide laundry service?
There are no laundry or dry-cleaning facilities at citizenM hotels, but our ambassadors are happy to recommend local cleaners and laundromats if you need one.
Do you have a gym ?
There are no gym facilities at this hotel, but you don't have to give up on fitness (unless you prefer to run a movie marathon in bed, of course). In our movie library, you'll find workout videos made especially for your room. You can also use the free Wi-Fi to stream your favourite workout video. Our city guides have running maps too.
Can I rent a bike ?
We do not have bikes at the hotel, but please ask our ambassadors to recomment a great local bike rental place.

Can I add breakfast to the booking?
Yes, you can add breakfast with one click while you're making your reservation. If you aren't sure yet, simply buy it on the day of arrival or in the morning. The price is the same.
Do you provide breakfast for people with dietary requirements?
Yes, our breakfast buffet has something for everyone! You'll find options for vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free diets. If you have other special requirements, let us know in the comments during the booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What are the breakfast times and price?
Breakfast is served from 6.00 AM until 11.00 AM. It is possible to have breakfast earlier than 6.00 AM, just let us know in advance to arrange this. The price of the breakfast is 12.50 EUR per person.

Yes, we serve delicious hot meals 24/7 at canteenM. Cold food, snacks, drinks and coffee are available 24/7.
