Yes, you can book a room, our hotels are open. Click here to make a reservation.
How can I access the hotel?
Our hotels are open, but the doors may be locked at night (or in exceptional circumstances). In that case, hotel guests enter by scanning their room key card. New arrivals use the intercom to reach the hotel team.
Can I come to the hotel if I do not have a reservation ?
At the moment, our hotels are open to registered guests only. Sorry, no visitors until further notice.
Is the hotel living room open during my stay?
Please ask an ambassador at the hotel for the latest guidelines regarding the use of living room - they may change between the time of your booking and arrival.
Is cloudM rooftop bar open during my stay?
We're sorry, our cloudM rooftop bar is temporarily closed. We will reopen as soon as it's safe to do so.
Is canteenM open?
Our canteenM is open, but we follow the official latest NYC guidelines:
• no alcohol sales between 10.00 PM and noon
• please take all food and beverages to your room
• you may order food delivery to the hotel, but for everyone's health and safety please ask the courier to wait for you outside. Please consume the food in your room.

at citizenM we do not provide shuttles. But feel free to arrange your own. Most airports provide these services.
How do I check in/check out?
What is the check in time ?
Our check-in starts at 2.00 PM.
Are you arriving before 2.00 PM? You can check-in early at no extra charge if there are rooms available. Early check-in cannot be pre-booked in advance.
If you don't want to check-in early, we'll be happy to store your luggage for free (in case you want to go out sightseeing).
What is the check out time?
Check-out is at 11.00 AM. Do you want to stay in your ultra-comfy bed longer? No problem, you can add a late check-out until 6.00 PM for an extra 39 USD during booking, at online check-in, or in person at the hotel.
Until what time is the front desk open?
Our front desk is always open (yes, 24/7!) and an ambassador is always available to help you with anything you need.
Do I need an ID when checking in?
All staying guests must present a valid ID upon check in - this includes the second guest in the room (we allow a maximum of 2 people per room).
International travellers must present a valid passport. Domestic travellers must present a Driver's License, or Non-Driver ID card, or DoD card. Sorry, we cannot accept photos of documents.
The name on the credit card used to check-in must match the photo ID shown.
What can I find at the hotel?

We are happy to securely store your luggage for free on the day of your arrival and departure. Please ask an ambassador at the front desk for help with this.

Do you provide laundry service?
There are no laundry or dry-cleaning facilities at citizenM hotels, but our ambassadors are happy to recommend local cleaners and laundromats if you need one.
Can I rent a bike ?
We do not have bikes at the hotel, but please ask our ambassadors to recomment a great local bike rental place.
Do you have a gym ?
Yes, we have a cosy gym with essential equipment where you can run, lift and cycle 24/7.
What and when can I eat?
Can I add breakfast to the booking?
Yes, you can add breakfast with one click while you're making your reservation. If you aren't sure yet, simply buy it on the day of arrival or in the morning. The price is the same.
Do you provide breakfast for people with dietary requirements?
Yes, our breakfast buffet has something for everyone! You'll find options for vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free diets. If you have other special requirements, let us know in the comments during the booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What are the breakfast times and price?
Breakfast is served from 6.00 AM until 11.00 AM. It is possible to have breakfast earlier than 6.00 AM, just let us know in advance to arrange this. The price of the breakfast is 13.95 USD+taxes per person.

Yes, we serve delicious hot meals 24/7 at canteenM. Cold food, snacks, drinks and coffee are available 24/7.
